How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account, please send an email to:

• Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
• The email address associated with your Teemyo account
• Your username (if applicable)

What Happens Next

• We will verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate
• Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 90 days
• You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete

Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your profile information (name, phone number, profile photo)
• Voice recordings and transcripts
• AI-generated summaries and tags
• Conversation data and metadata
• Connections and relationship data

Data Retention

Some data may be retained after your deletion request:

• Active backups may be retained for up to 90 days before complete deletion
• Data required by law for legal, security, or compliance purposes (e.g., financial records, legal disputes)
